The Seventh Annual Internet Governance Forum (IGF) is underway now in Baku, Azerbaijan, from November 6-9, 2012. Very appropriately, it is possible to listen in to any of the sessions remotely across the Internet. Details can be found here:

You need to consult the IGF 2012 schedule to know which sessions are happening in which rooms. Keep in mind when looking at the schedule that Baku's timezone is UTC+4. (You can use one of the many timezone converters to help.)
The IGF YouTube channel also already has videos posted from the initial IGF 2012 sessions.
