Dynamic Network Services Inc. (Dyn Inc.), a leading provider of managed DNS services, extends its reach into Europe with the announcement today that they have partnered with EuroDNS, a market leader in the domain name industry, based out of Luxembourg. The partnership solidifies Dyn Inc.'s commitment to strategic partnership development and the company's overall channel strategy.
Dyn Inc. and EuroDNS have similar roots in the domain name industry, and share the same culture of innovation and customer-driven services. Their common paths, coupled with consistent industry involvement, created an organic opportunity to work together.
"We had known about Dyn Inc. for a while and had great relationships with many people on their staff," said Xavier Buck, EuroDNS CEO. "We're excited that this relationship could evolve into a strong business partnership."
The timing was ideal; as EuroDNS began to see an increasing demand for a premium name server offering, Dyn was looking for the right way to expand its reach in Europe, building on the success of its IP Anycast Dynect Platform in the USA.
"Our customers demand high performance and an optimized speed of response," said Jeremy Hitchcock, CEO at Dyn Inc. "As such, we have dedicated ourselves to building a rock-solid network with 15 PoPs (and growing) worldwide, including a strong presence in Europe." In addition to an expanding amount of locations, Dyn Inc. ensures additional reliability by using only Tier-1 networking partners and facilities that run at optimal operating conditions.
As part of their effort to provide the market with a premium and reliable DNS offering, EuroDNS decided the most efficient first step was to develop a strategic partnership with a company that had already developed a strong global network, technology and infrastructure.
"Over the years the European market has seen an increased demand for more redundant and reliable name server infrastructures. There is definitely a growing need for premium DNS services and we wanted to accommodate those of our customers looking for additional reliability and flexibility," added Anouar Adlani, Chief Technical Officer at EuroDNS. "Dyn's range of services is a perfect answer.".
At Dyn Inc., the team continues their own efforts to make DNS a mainstream technology through marketing campaigns such as "DNS is Sexy” and their latest, "Taking it to the Streets” where CEO, Jeremy Hitchcock will be visiting clients to better understand their business needs and challenges.
"This partnership, just like our other efforts, displays Dyn's core focus on building relationships," said Kyle York, VP, Sales and Marketing at Dyn Inc. "We have always understood, that to be the best, you need to learn from and partner with the best."
