12 Noteworthy Spam Research Projects

Network World has listed a dozen research projects currently underway that focus on new technology and techniques to stop spam. According to the report, while in many cases these projects are reacting to exploits already in use (such as image spam and phishing), the work by these researchers is designed to counter spammers' current developments and may also lead to prevention of future ones.

If an electrical outlet kills whoever touches it then what do you do?

Do you put alot of effort into keeping people from touching that outlet?

Do you build little barriers around the outlet?

How about notifying everyone through TV, Radio and newspapers about the deadly outlet?

Maybe promote some safety gloves that deters electrocution…

Or just study why people touch the outlet…

Im no social engineer but it seems to me that the answer would be to fix the outlet…
