Thomas has been involved with the ICANN process for several years, serving in several iterations of the DNSO's and GNSO's WHOIS work, and as the At-Large Advisory Committee's liaison to the GNSO Council. His most recent stint at ICANN was as the Technical Liaison Group's appointee to the 2006 Nominating Committee. Thomas works as Security Activity Lead for the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
