Vika Mpisane is the General Manager of the .za Domain Name Authority (.za DNA), the country code Top Level Domain (ccTLD) Manager for South Africa's domain name. He has broad experience in policy development in areas such as trade and industry, economic policy, labour, education and ICT development. He has served in the Board of African Top Level Domains (AfTLD) since 2006, and is currently its Chairman. He is a Councillor in the ccNSO Council, the global association of ccTLDs at ICANN. A law graduate and a former student activist, he has previously worked in business software consulting industry and in sector transformation in SA since 1995.
