Gavin is CTO for CentralNic. He joined in January 2001, having previously worked for an online recruitment service, and briefly as a secondary school science teacher. He has co-authored a book and published a number of articles on programming and is active in the open source software community. He holds a BSc in physics from the University of Kent at Canterbury.
