The next Registration Operations Workshop will take place at the start of IETF-92 on Sunday, March 22, 2015, at The Fairmont Dallas Hotel. The workshop will start at 12:30 p.m. CDT and will finish at 4:30 p.m. CDT. We are seeking proposals for Extensible Provisioning Protocol (EPP) extensions to be featured as part of the workshop, including existing extensions that people wish to register with the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) and new extensions that people wish to consider for further development.

Have you developed custom EPP extensions in your registry? Please submit a proposal to describe your extension. Facilities for remote participation will be provided.

The deadline to submit proposals is Friday, March 6, 2015. Please email an abstract of no more than 750 characters describing your proposal to [email protected] for the Program Committee to consider. We will accommodate as many proposals as possible during the four-hour workshop.

Here’s a high-level description of the proposed agenda:

• An introduction to the new EPP extensions registry
• Demonstration of the process used to submit an extension registry request
• Discussion of the extension registry expert evaluation process
• Technical discussions of a small number of new extension projects and how we work with the IETF’s EPPEXT working group

Though not part of the formal IETF agenda, we are thankful for the facilities support provided by the IETF and the host hotel.
