ION Conference At USENIX LISA This Week Features IPv6 and DNSSEC Sessions - Will Be Livestreamed

If any of you are attending the USENIX Large Installation System Administration (LISA) conference in San Diego this week, the Internet Society’s “Internet ON” (ION) Conference is co-located with LISA12 and will take place tomorrow, December 11, 2012, from 1:30 - 5:00 pm US Pacific time.

The ION conference agenda is focused on provide deployment-related information and includes people with deep expertise in both IPv6 and DNSSEC. Specific sessions include:

  • ARIN Support for DNSSEC and RPKI
  • DNSSEC Deployment: From End-Customer to Content
  • Advancing the Network: Where We’ve Been, Where We’re Headed

Registration is free if you would like to attend the ION event, which takes place at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina.

If you cannot physically attend the event, the sessions will also be livestreamed out at: http://www.livestream.com/internetsocietychapters
Additionally, they will be recorded and made available for later viewing through the Internet Society’s Deploy360 Programme website.

We’re excited about tomorrow’s sessions and look forward to helping more people understand how to better deploy IPv6 and DNSSEC. We’d welcome any of you to join in to the sessions and discussion - either there in San Diego or remotely via the livestream.
