Gerben Klein Baltink is the chairman of the public-private Dutch Internet Standards Platform that is behind the test tool (see for English version). By stimulating the use of modern internet standards (like IPv6, DNSSEC, TLS, DMARC, DKIM and SPF), the Platform members aim to make the Internet more reliable for everyone. Besides Gerben is the owner of the consultancy firm KBBa, and CEO of Trefecta BV. He previously held several positions at the TNO (the Netherlands Organisation for Applied Scientific Research), within the framework of the Physics and Electronics Laboratory and the Prins Maurits Laboratory. He was active duty officer in the Dutch Army from 1981 to 1994.
