Robert F. Chrone Joins Oversee.net as Chief Financial Officer

Oversee.net, a technology-driven media company, today announced that Robert F. Chrone has joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Chrone is responsible for financial planning, accounting, risk management, corporate reporting and banking relationships. He will report directly to Lawrence Ng, Chief Executive Officer and Company Co-Founder. 

Chrone has more than twenty years of domestic and international financial and operations management experience in both private and public company environments. Before joining Oversee, he was Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Operations for FrontBridge Technologies, Inc., an electronic message management and security company, which was acquired by Microsoft. In this role, he managed the financial, accounting, risk management, legal, administration and operations functions as well as worked with the CEO to develop the company's strategy and policy.

Commenting on Chrone's appointment, Lawrence Ng, CEO of Oversee.net, said, "Rob offers significant financial discipline and operations experience from both a private and public company perspective. He'll work with the senior team to improve profitability and facilitate Oversee's continued growth. Over the past nine months, we've added considerably to the bench strength of the Oversee senior management team, hiring experienced talent to build the infrastructure that will accelerate our expansion."

Previously, Chrone was Chief Financial Officer of Atlas World Holdings, a private equity investment firm, where he worked with multiple lines of business, and utilized his skills at many of its investor companies. Prior to Atlas, he was Corporate Controller/Chief Accounting Officer; Director of Finance, Legal & Administration at Dual Drilling, a publicly traded offshore oil and gas drilling company.

Chrone holds a B.A. Degree in Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Chrone is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Society of Certified Public Accountants.
