As springtime approaches, Sedo is pleased to announce the launch of its new online Customer Support Center. As of Monday April 7th, you can now check out this resource by either visiting www.support.sedo.com or by scrolling down the "Services" tab on the Sedo homepage to the "Customer Support" option.
With almost a 180,000 customers across the US and Canada, this online Customer Support Center will enable our members to benefit from faster turnaround times and more accurate responses. It will also work to improve accessibility for new customers and reinforce our commitment to providing the largest, trusted secondary domain name marketplace on the web.
Queries can now be submitted through an online contact form which will be received and handled domestically by a dedicated Sedo representative. Members can view answers to the most frequently asked questions (FAQs), submit ratings for answers to questions, and see the status of their queries under a special "My Stuff" folder. The online Customer Support Center will also store member's personal history of submitted questions, so they are easily accessible if needed.
Please note that this new state-of-the-art online Customer Support Center replaces the previous email system where queries were directed to info@sedo.com. Moving forward we request that all Sedo members now visit www.support.sedo.com for assistance.
