The Hindu Business Line reports that the Department of Telecom (DoT) in India has issued orders to block Internet telephony services being offered by around 39 foreign firms in the country. All the Internet Service Providers have been asked to block these websites since Indian laws permit only licensed operators to offer Net telephony services.
Service providers blacklisted include voiptalk.org, sipgate.co.uk, voiplus.net, and deltathree.com

Given prior track record of Indian onnet news sources, I am very skeptical of this news item. The source does mention that it is legal to have PC to PC and PC to non-Indian PSTN calls. So why would they all of a sudden block only 39 foreign firms?
Also previously many sites that dutifully report such news items have failed to correct themselves once the sources are proven wrong. I hope that this time you will own up and post proper correction/clarification once it is brought to your attention.
