In a Thursday letter to Congress, Federal Communications Commission Chairman Julius Genachowski requested additional time for the commission to deliver its national broadband plan. "The commission respectfully requests a one month extension for the delivery of the final plan," Genachowski wrote to Sen. John Rockefeller, chairman of the Commerce Committee.
