Sept 8 Deadline for Comments on IANA Stewardship Transition - Have You Submitted Your Comments?

Have you submitted your comments on the IANA Stewardship Transition Proposal? Do you believe the proposal of the IANA Stewardship Transition Coordination Group (ICG) for how to transition the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) functions away from the U.S. government to the global community to be a solid proposal? Do you have points in the proposal you would like to emphasize? Do you have concerns?

If you have not yet submitted your comments, you only have until 8 September 2015 at 23:59 UTC to make your voice heard!
There are two methods of submitting comments: an online form or email submission. Using either mechanism will result in your comment appearing on the page of Public Comments Received where you can read all the comments submitted so far.

After a huge amount of work, the ICG on 31 July 2015 published their “ Proposal to Transition the Stewardship of the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) Functions from the U.S. Commerce Department’s National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) to the Global Multistakeholder Community” with a public comment period going until 8 September.

The ICG is asking for comments on 12 specific questions - although you do NOT have to answer all twelve questions. If you look at the current list of comments, you will see some people answered many of the questions, while others chose to answer only a few… or in some cases the person really only answered question #12 and provided general comments about the proposal.
Now is the time for people within the global community to voice their opinions about the proposal to the ICG. Submit your comments today!

It is currently September 8, 14:15 UTC when I post this.

The ICG’s page for English is returning an HTTP 404:

I’m notoriously bad at screwing up timezones, but I’m pretty sure this is not supposed to be closed yet. Both this post, and the IANACG website say Sept 8, 23:59 UTC.

When I go to https://www.ianacg.org/calls-for-input/combined-proposal-public-comment-period/#instructionssubmitcomment I see that I can get to the online form at:

https://comments.ianacg.org/form

So it seems to be still open right now. And yes, everything I’ve seen says 23:59 UTC, so about 8 hours and 15 minutes from the time I’m writing this comment.
