This is so predictable. I said on ICANNWATCH.org over a year before he was appointed (annointed) that it was a done deed, and I humbly add I wasn't the first. And speaking of ICW.org, why did they remove the posting (not mine if that's what you're thinking) regarding Mr. Twomey and a certain female former USG employee who was more or less in charge of ICANN. Of course Ali is free to throw this in the bitbucket. :;) Lawsuits and ICANN go together. -g
