Jim leads the 24x7 information security operational and engineering teams charged with protecting Neustar networks against those with malicious intent. He oversees tactical and strategic initiatives for the group including technology build-out, solution development, staffing models and support processes.
Prior to Neustar Jim was Director, Global Operations for Verizon’s Managed Security business. In this capacity, Jim managed delivery, support and solutions architecture for cloud to core services utilizing six Security Operations Centers worldwide. He also held senior leadership positions with Visa International and IBM Global Services.
